android-platform-tools-base software package provides base tools for developing applications for the Android system, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install android-platform-tools-base
android-platform-tools-base is installed in your system.
Make ensure the android-platform-tools-base package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep android-platform-tools-base *
